Clarins do this beauty serum, it's expensive but seems to help. Other than that try bio oil, it's cheaper. Aloe Vera works too.Whats good for acne SCARS?
There's a great product out there called 'Mederma'. You can find it in stores, but I think it's cheaper to look around online. It is expensive. Really. I mean like $30/bottle, and that's a small one, but, like I said, you should try amazon.com and all sorts of different sites, including the Mederma website to compare prices.





Also, you're supposed to apply it 2ce/day so it takes lots of discipline and work, but if used properly, you'll get amazing results. How bad do you want to get rid of your acne scars??

oay so i have some acne scarring there red im 16 and been trying to get rid of them not completly cause i know they sat forever i only have them on my cheeks luckily not all over ive been using mederma cream for scars and it doesnt really help just very little bout it i use to have clear face and started breaking out during my sophmore year and sucks is there anyway to get rid of acne scar redness? im not happy anymore like i use toAcne scars depressed?

Acne scars? :( please help! ?

my acne has like.. disappeared..


but now i have scars.. and i have NO IDEA how to remove them off my forehead! usually my hair is covering my forehead.. sooo you cant see them.. but sometimes i want to style my hair with my bangs UP.

its a small (about 2 inches tall), with gel inside, aply it to the spots where it has not faded, and use it every night, it seriously worked for her, she had it on her cheeks, and forhead, she has been using it for about 3 weeks, and its already working, she skips a lot of nights though, so in about 2 or 3 weeks i bet it will fade out quick.

Try Ambi Fade Cream. It costs $4-$8. I've tried it, and it works very well on acne scars. It will, however, take a few months to fade the scars away, so be prepared to wear your bangs down for a little while longer. Hope this helps!

There are several treatments available for acne scars. These treatments include:





1. Dermbrasion removes the outer surface of the skin thereby contouring the scars.





2. Laser treatment. Lasers may be used to improve acne scarring by removing the outer surface of the skin and contouring scar tissue.





3. Skin surgery. Some ice-pick scars may be removed by punch excision of individual scars. In other situations, depressed scars may be elevated using a technique called subcision, in which scar tissue is lifted away form unscarred skin using a small instrument.





4. Injectable filler. In some types of soft scars, filler substances such as your own fat, Restylane, Juvederm, etc. may be injected under the skin to stretch and fill out the scar tissue.
i think laser surgery works but of course its best to see a good dermatologist who can tell you everything about it. Its not really embarrassing seeing a dermatologist so it wont be hard.





It depends on how deep your scaring is as to how well the laser will work.


The cost i believe is pretty expensive as you dont just get one treatment you have to keep going back for a little while, about 3-6 treatments i think.

wow...catherine! that was a really dumb answer and you are stupid for even suggesting that to someone...anyways I know that at walmart you can buy these acne fading peels and I am pretty sure it is made buy neutragena or you can go to a dermatologist and they will do chemical peels on your face...I have had them before and they defiantly help alot...as for that price it really depends on insurance but they help and are slightly painful until you get use to them but as long as you fan your face during the process it helps with the burning and they usually only keep it on for like 4 minutes! I hope it helps!
Try applying Mederma on the scars. You will see a difference in about 2-3 weeks of continuous usage. Depends on how bad the scars are actually.


You can also go for glycolic peels. I have had them and it has helped to some extent. It dries up your skin and has minimal side effects. You may need to go through 5-10 sessions. Laser also work well. Go to a beauty clinic and they will advise you whats good for you as per your condition.(Be ready to pay excessively for these procedures).

if there actual holes...like craters...in your skin the only thing i have known to get rid of those are to go see a dermatologist and have them treat it perfetionally, but if there just brown spots from acne those will disapear within time, but becuase you say there actaul holes, there is no medicine or creams that I have seen or heard of that can treat that at home. applying lemon juice with a cotton ball to affected area. or mix cinnamon and honey and dab on the scar before you go to bed. tomato juice also helps. or mix vinegar and corn starch to make a paste and apply it to your entire forehead. leave on for 30 mins then wash off with warm water.





if none of these help, go see a dermatologist.
