Get it in to your ';Habit'; of washing your face with Natural face cleansers 3 times a day rinse it with warm water then rinse it again with saline solution (yes ';Saline Solution'; but use a cotton ball) and avoid contact to your eyes.

i have experienced acne and scars from acne also. something that might help is mederma or another scar removing ointment. i used neosporin which did not completely remove the scar but it did help a lot. if none of those work, a dermatologist can use laser treatment to remove the scar. tip: do not scratch or touch the scars! it will make it worse! good luck!
Everyone is going to see the scars only from the very close up you provided. I am sure if i was talking to you on the street it would look much smaller and less like a scars then picture like this. To fix it you need a doctor.
it's going to take time, but using an acne scrub will remove dead cells, but don't do it too hard. Peroxide will also help, it will kill the bacteria. Once it is starting to heal, use an acne fighting moisturizer.
