Okay first i scrub my face w/ salt, you know like the table salt. I do it softly so it doesn't hurt my face. Then i dry my face and i apply vitamin e on my acne scars.I leave the vitamin e for about 2 hours and then i wipe it off and wash my face with soap. Do you think this is okay for my face and will it help clear them up??
Should i use sugar instead??? or something else like steam my face and then apply the vitamin e???Acne scars???? salt and vitamin e?
try scar care by neutrogena, it works great and you see results in a week. it's also cheaper and it works like acne medication. you wash your face, then use toner, then apply lotion. it cleans and heals all at once.
