Try Neutrogena All Over Body Wash or All Over Body Scrub. If your skin gets really dry when you wash it, you may actually be making it worse because then your body overproduces oil. If this is the case, try applying a scentless, dry skin lotion.
I'm unsure of any ways to get rid of scars. You could try some scar treatment that you can get at a pharmacy or even stretch mark treatment maybe. Hope this helps a bit!
