since i was a young teenager i have always had bad acne on my back and shoulders, i am nineteen now and it is still there, it can be embarrassing when i wanna wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts, any advice on how to stop it?Acne and scars on back?

I had that problem and here is how I solved it:
use a body-acne scrub. you can find some at drugstores. use a scrub (not a wash) if you have really bad problems. put it on a long scrubbrush and scrub every time you take a shower. don't scrub to hard!
avoid wearing really tight clothes during hot weather or when you sweat a lot. loose, light, white clothing that is 100% cotton is the best. body acne comes from trapped sweat. if you are sweat in your tops, change as soon as possible! wash if you are able too.
yeah i have that problem too. my solution just don't wear them thats all i know to do.
It could be bed bugs bite :S
