Fraxel is probably the most effective but what is even more important is who is utilizing the technology. You may want to go to a consultation with someone who offers multiple technolgies so that they are just pushing the technology in their office.

For acne scars...i really like the Palomar 1540...its a fractional laser...
it usually takes about 4 treatments...
which whatever you chose, dont get discouraged when you dont see results right away...these kind of treatments are going down to the dermis...and are regenerating the skin...so it takes time to show!
