Does any one know the best way to clear/get rid of scars from chicken pox, spots or acne.?

i have dark skin, so the scars are quite dark. they appear on my forhead and cheeks.Does any one know the best way to clear/get rid of scars from chicken pox, spots or acne.?
the one thing to remember above all is to keep these areas out of the sun. wear sunscreen. the more they are exposed to the sun the longer the color will stay dark. go see an esthetician. they are the experts and have lasers and other treatments that will help diminish the look of scars. dont waste your time or money with over the counter products. use a mild skin lightening soap to lighten the spots, and a high spf sunscreen to prevent further pigmentation.
