Microdermabrasion (sp) is going to be your best bet. As that can be pricey, they also sell items marketed as ';scar removers'; These might be beneficial, although remember that they aren't particularly meant to be used on the face so use sparingly. It's usually a gold-yellow colored thick substance.
If you don't have lots of old scars (meaning years) you can use neosporin overnight- don't know if I spelled that right. Most people scar because they try to extract the 'pimples' themselves.
