Acne scars really do not disappear. Over time they become not so deep looking. I have the same problem, I went to a plastic surgeon to see about dermabrasion. Dermabrasion costs a lot and is a very painful procedure during and after. So I decided just to live with it. I use bare minerals and people actually tell me I have a pretty complexion.How long does it take for an acne scar to fade?
have you ever heard of the saying scarred for life....sorry to break it to you that way...but maybe you might have some hope...butit depends on the skin type you have...





see i have a pretty clean face and every one in a while a pimple will come well this one was on my nose and i kept messing with it trying to squeeze everything out of it even though it was dry.... and in the crack of my nose ontop of the nostril it lookis like i have a small piercing hol no bigger than this period. but get some clearasil or some thing...never tried proactiv but i heard it leaves your skin dry and takes a long time (.)

I don't think acne scars ever fade.


Scars usually appear if you pick at the acne.





You will be left with scars if you pick at them-not matter what color they are.





Trying any kind of good moisterizer helps.





Or simple face cleaner-no matter where the acne is.





Acne forms because of dirty, clogged skin pores.
the color may go away in about 2 weeks but the scar itself will be with you forever ... dont pick at your acne ... and dont touch your face....hands are so dirty and then when you touch your face that dirt goes into the pours in your face!
if there is a certain scar u dont like u can get something called mederma, its supposed to lighten scars but ive never used it.i have used vitamin e out on a scar and it worked pretty good.if u have face scars from acne u can use a lotion on ur face daily that has vitamin e in it.it wont be a dramatic change over nite but it heals your skin...goodluck, hope i helped!!!
