Most doctors now believe that acne is not a food related problem.Eat foods high in beta carotene, such as carrots, pumpkin, cantaloupe and other yellow-orange fruits and vegetables.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .What removes back%26amp;chest acne scars?
Rose hips are the seed pod left after the rose petals fall off. You have probably heard of rose hip tea, recommended because it is so rich in Vitamin C. The oil from rose hips, often called rosa mosqueta, is very nutritious and consists of 80 percent essential fatty acids. It was a mainstay of the Incas, for example, for its nutritional qualities.

Rose hip oil is also renowned for its benefits for the skin. In fact, it has multiple benefits. It is particularly famous for any scars, including acne scars. Read about them here:

A dermatologist would likely write you a prescription. However, before you go to that length (could have side effects) why not try something natural? Most drug stores and health food stores sell vitamin E powder or cream. Rub some of this into the scars twice a day and they will fade. This works with all scarring.
maderma helps
You can even buy a scar ointment at the pharmacy now to help them get better...no prescription necessary for it.

Of course the Dr. can also prescribe a med for your skin.
