I had this (and chest acne) BAD when I was an adolescent...how old are you? If you're going through puberty...you will just have to wait it out, and get a good back scrubber with a handle and make sure to wash your back good everyday with it and a good non-drying soap...drying soaps tend to make it worse...and everytimre you sweat a lot. Neutrogena is a good brand for acne.What do you do for severe ';back acne'; outbreak, and back acne scars?
they say proactive works but it stops working after 5 -6 months cuz ur skin becomes used to it...use murad..What do you do for severe ';back acne'; outbreak, and back acne scars?
Loofah on a stick is great...if you have a friend who can help, get them to put whatever you use on face acne on it to dry it up. Scars you pretty much have to live with if they're old; they have scar reducing stuff at the drug store if they're fresh.
