First of all, dey r not scars, dey r Post inflammatory Pigmentation (PIH) To be honest, d only thing dat worked for me (really bad acne, and PIH) is Duac obce daily gel. The benzoyl peroxide is unbelievable, it takes a while though, depending on how dark the redness is, but the good thing is dat it treats acne as well as clear blemishes. Side effects- sometimes peels skin if u use to much, follow d instructions
