What should i put on my scab/scars/acne over night?

I went to the doctors for these two terrible infections on my face (they looked like enlarged zits) and the antibiotic worked and they are no longer bumps but now just a little scab and kind of a red scar surrounding it...





what should i put on these two scab/scars over night... i feel like if i put neosporin on them it will clog my pores..? i need the redness to be be gone by tomorrow morning

There is a possibility that the redness i part of the inflammation from the infection, or perhaps caused by the procedure you had on your face. If you use antibiotic ointment mixed with hydrocortizone cream, it could help. It will not clog the spores and should not cause problems with what was done on your face. Use it mixed together same amount, and apply over 3 times a day (starting tonight) for 3 days only. If the redness is not gone by tomorrow, then get the round band-aids, put a little bit of antibiotic and cover the spot. Remember to keep it clean, use soap and water. I do not know if these were acne lesions that got infected badly or what, either way, try that, but remember that if they were acne, and you have acne, more needs to be done later to avoid another abscess and possible scarring. Have you tried vitamin E? There are products in drug stores that are based on Vitamin E to reduce scarring.
