You so not need peels or expensive and invariably not effective OTC products. I experimented with many treatments and products and found this simple safe low cost solution using natural products was the only one that worked and it麓s also perfect for aging skins - very much diminishes wrinkles, and other signs of aging and tightens skin and gives face a youthfull, healthy glow.

Massage with a quite strong, vigorous motion(that is the key to it working) once a day - better at night as it makes face flushed. You will find you can make it more vigorous as you progress. Use an organic or natural oil - coconut, vitamin E and olive oils work really well. Skin is always shedding and renewing, the massaging friction invigorates and heals and hastens a fresh, clearer skin to emerge. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness, breakouts or other reactions happen - skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it %26amp; in a week or so you will see a great improvement and overtime (a few weeks) skin will return to natural health. Keeping up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that and it will make it stay that way. You will not need to use any other product or treatment.and you will not need moisturizes -only unhealthy skins need constant moisturizing. Some skin clinics tell you to only massage gently but this treatment has only been beneficial to the many who have tried it. Read my BEST ANSWERS to see the others that this has helped. A good diet, supplementation of multi-vitamins/minerals %26amp; fish oils containing omega-3 fatty acid would be helpful to treat acne without any side effects. If u'd like to know about the best supplements available in the market, do write to me.

Acne scars like any scar tissue can be thought of as tightly bound proteins. If you have a scar from a serious cut for example, you'll notice that it is much tougher than the surround skin. The reason is that the body has form a tougher protein ';skeleton'; to support this area. You can think of this as reinforcing a hole in a wall in a home or better yet a boat. It has to be stronger to prevent foreign bodies from getting into an area that has been damaged.

The only way that I am aware of to get rid of scar tissue is essentially to break it down, but this has to be done with care and can take time. Use creams that contain materials like lanolin in them and massage the affected areas. Rather that smear this all over your face and waste a lot of money, I would suggest you try this first on an existing scar. Take a picture of it with a digital camera from a height that you measure, say 15 cm. Then put that on a computer. Now rub this scar with the cream about 3-4 times daily for about 5 minutes or so... take a picture about 3-4 weeks and see if there is a difference.

With scaring you will likely not be able to get rid of everything, but you can certainly reduce it's visibility over time.

As for aging skin in the 30's. Part of this comes from how much damage you have done to the skin (which is the body's largest organ by the way) when you were younger. For example, how much exposure to the sun, polluted air or water and so on)... You cannot reverse natures effects, but you can slow them down. There are a billion products on the market, but essentially those with antioxidants are best.

The reason for this is that oxidants (remember ozone) are actually part of process that that body itself uses to destroy things like bacteria. If you get a chance, read up on lysosomes. They use oxygen ';radicals'; to literally rip apart bacterial walls.

Good luck.
