Try using Bio oil, its really good for scars as it has vitamins for the skin in it. It's about 拢7 and can get it at Boots, lots of people I know have said it works.
Try a skin lighting cream they are found in beauty shops.

You should see your Doctor he can give advice about this and he can send you to the right place to go. I have seen it reduced and almost gone by laser. This is on Extreme makeover on tv.
